Saucy Chilli Chicken


Chicken - 1/2 kg
Big Onion - 1 No.
Garlic cloves - 3 Nos.
Ginger - 1 small pc
Green Chilli - 6 to 7
Coriander leaves
Soya Sauce - 3 tsp
Tomato sauce / ketchup - 4 - 5 tbsp
Thai chilli sauce - 2 tsp
salt to taste

To fry the chicken
Egg White - of one egg
maida - 1 tbsp
Cornflour - 4 tbsp
salt & pepper to taste

Method
marinate the chicken for 5 mins with egg white, maida, cornflour, salt & pepper.
then fry in a pan or deep fry it and keep aside.

Chop Onions, garlic, ginger and 3 green chilles

In a wok or pan heat 3 tbsp of the chicken fried oil
add the garlic one you get the aroma then add ginger and green chillion along with chopped onion..
saute for a while until onion is transparent and add salt along with the chicken
slit the remaining green chillies and add to chicken
then add the sauces one by one
combine it well with the chicken cook for just 2 more minutes

garnish with Coriander leaves
serve with fried rice , puri , chapati .. or even bread :D
