This dish really my idea to avoid waisting food, and since it is this way even kids will love to have it:)
Once I was so lazy to cook and, my michu said he want to have something. I checked in the fridge there was nothing much to be given as a snack, thaz when I saw the Paratta, leftover from the previous night, nI had my cutlet mix all set to be made anytime, so thaz when I had this trickly idea, so that those Paratta's doesnt get wasted either. and Yes I made it !! and it was over so soon .. Alhamdulillah, my son was full, hubby was so much full and the leftover was no more leftover ... :)
So here I go this how I made it ---
Left over Paratta - 2 Nos.
Beef cutlet or any mix, preferably something with potato in it ..
3 eggs
pinch of salt
pinch of garam masala
coriander leaves to garnish
Beat the egg add salt, garam masala
dip the paratta in the egg batter
now take a pan do not heat it, paste oil or ghee on all sides of pan
place the egg dipped paratta on the pan..
apply the cutlet mix all on the paratta
drip around 2 tbsp of the egg batter over the applied mix
now dip the second paratta in the egg batter
place it over...
pour the left over batter if any ..
cook on very low flame for around 15 mins
then turn it aorund and cook for another 10 mins and its DONE
